4. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson may qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson may not be eligible for a refund.

Weather and Safety Cancellations

No Name Surf School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to:

Unsafe surf conditions
Extreme weather
Instructor availability
Safety concerns

In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date whenever possible.

5. Participant Responsibility

Participants agree that:

They are physically fit to participate in surfing activities.
They will follow all instructor safety guidelines.
They understand that surfing involves inherent risks.

Participants are responsible for informing instructors of any relevant medical conditions before participating.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Surfing is an adventure activity that involves risks.

No Name Surf School shall not be held liable for:

Personal injury
Loss of personal belongings
Accidents resulting from failure to follow instructor guidance
Events beyond our reasonable control

Participation is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
